MS-GSM is a Microsoft version of the ETSI GSM 06.10 Full Rate (FR) speech codec. MS-GSM is compatible with GSM 6.10 but uses Microsoft frame packing.
The VoiceAge implementation is fully compatible with the MS-GSM that Microsoft provides.
